SAMBA, NOVEMBER 23: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Samba, Abhishek Sharma today presided over a crucial meeting to assess the progress made under District CAPEX, UT CAPEX, and various Centrally Sponsored Schemes.
During the meeting, DDC underscored the need for swift progress and urged District and Sectoral Officers to prioritize the completion of works.
Emphasizing the significance of advanced and meticulous planning, he urged officers to consider requirements and conduct gap-study analysis. DDC stressed the importance of ensuring comprehensive coverage across all Blocks to guarantee that the benefits of these initiatives reach every corner of the district. He urged officers to focus on efficient and inclusive implementation. In line with this, the DDC directed all officers to address any pending bills promptly, highlighting the significance of financial clearance for seamless project execution. The meeting was attended by ADDC Samba Rajinder Singh, PO ICDS Dr. Subhash Chander, ACD Samba Siddharth Dhiman and all concerned districts as well as sectoral officers.
