This matter is pending since 2008 and the official respondents have yet to file objections to this petition.
Mr. Adarsh Bhagat, learned GA appearing on behalf of the respondents seeks and is granted two weeks’ last and final opportunity to file objections subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- as costs, to be paid to the other side.
Respondent No. 6 has not been served. Petitioner to take steps for effecting service upon her within one week whereafter issue notice to her, returnable within four weeks.
