Jammu, Nov 19: Govt time & again issued countless orders on various issues but thereafter none bothered to act on its non compliance by seeking its ATRs.
Cross Town News is in possession of countless instructions issued by LG/CS, which have not bothered by even DC level officers causing harassment to innocents without their fault because non compliance of time bound orders of highest forum of JKUT, Administrative Councils Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 followed by GO No 18-JK(Rev) of 2022 dtd 4th Feb 2022 is one such example, which is causing multi thousand crore loss to JKUT Govt to crores per month by way of stamp duty fee & other taxes.
