Jammu, Oct 11: One of biggest ever non compliance by Officers of J&K is proved from non compliance of SRO-456 of 2017, LG's 03 months time bound Administrative Councils Decision, G.O. No JK-18(Rev) of 2022 dtd 4th Feb 2022 , which is causing harassment to thousand of innocents of J&K & other side loss to crores per month to Govt in Stamp Duty Fee & other taxes?
Even replies are not filed in various courts by lot of officers causing delays in justice, otherwise the respective courts may have disposed cases at the earliest & live example can be seen from non filing of Objections by DC Office Jammu on a contempt No CCP(S) 153 of 2023 filed against DC Office only, speaks of work culture in DC Office as well?
However,Employees of JMC Jammu appeciated Rahul Yadav, Commissioner, JMC, Jammu for his working, despite having a team of some incompetent officers in JMC.
Yadavs, efficiency competence & honesty can be easily worked out from the below snapshot of the letter, which has also questioned other top Officers.
