Jammu, Sept 23: CS, J&K Dr Arun Mehta has sought details on illegal appointments followed by illegal regularizations, CS directed Law Secretary, J&K to have a list of all court cases prepared involving regularization of irregular appointments and immediately file a report, to have the legal standing of the govt. clearly defined/detailed that no illegal appointment shall be regularized in violation of law and the constitution.
CS further asked to identify and initiate enquiry against all such officer/officials who are found to be responsible for contempt proceedings against Govt.
