Jammu, Sept 15: It is well aware of the fact that Jammu Development Authority is notorious in various issues but top bosses of H&UDD never bothered to act on defaulting officers despite proved allegations, which other side proved as corruption for causing intentional delay in public works & one such proved case reads from enquiry report submitted by then VC JDA against Jagdish Hans CTP, JDA & his section to Pr Secretary H&UDD vide no. JDA/CTP/000176/388 Dated. 1.10.2022 on wrong & illegal rejection of a building permission, where JDA has itself allowed illegal constructions without building permissions but on so called proposed road.
Above all it is a big question on Pr Secretary H&UDD & his team for not acting on CTP, Jagdish Hans, as per the report of VC JDA over committing a proved illegality.
Shockingly, it is a fact that large number of files are missing from the allotment section of the Jammu Development Authority during the past several years but till date no responsibility has been fixed although successive Vice-Chairmans were made aware of this grave issue but now, on the recommendations of the present Vice-Chairman, Shiv Kumar Gupta, the Govt has constituted a committee for reconstruction of record and matter has also been reportedly brought to the notice of the Crime Branch Jammu for thorough investigation and identification of erring officials.
