JAMMU, Aug 29: Principal Secretary Finance J&K Santosh D Vaidya issued directios to Administrative Departments over Utilzation certificates.
A high level meeting was chaired under chairmnaship of Principal Secretary Finance , where the chair issued directions "All the concerned departments may expedite the submission of Utilization certificates to their respective Ministries in GOI."
Directions were also issued over claiming of reimbursable Utilized Funds from GOI
