Jammu, July 6: Law department never preferred to act on non compliance of its orders for filling replies in respective courts with in a period of one month, causing delay in justice.
But, efficiency of J&K administration can be observed from the Govt Order of Relaxing age bar by 8 yrs, 2 months & 21 days but from 01 days earlier to his death after intervention & dissmissal of SLP filed by J&K Govt by Supreme Court of India.
Had earlier bosses of Industries department J&K in first bothered to Act on Law department, who gave permission to file SLP in the Apex Court without any base & cause its dissmissal from Apex Court & caused loss to Govt exchequer by way of litigation fee & other expenses?
