Jammu, June 26: Every body knew that once upon a time SO-3808(E) of 26th October, 2020 was issued by MHA by which lot of Revenue Laws were repealed but in one case immediatly it was over ruled by then J&K's Pr Secretary, Revenue, FCR, Div Com & DCs of J&K in case of Section 20(B), which caused litigations.
Non compliance of Administrative Councils Decesion No. 17.01.2022 dated: 20.01.2022 , by which it was ordered to complete the excercise with in a period of three months, if enquired shall speak .
