Srinagar, June 19 : Inspector general of police Kashmir zone, Vijay Kumar said that militants cannot deter their efforts to bring peace in the Valley by killing innocent civilians, unarmed cops and outside labourers.
He added that their counter-militancy operations will continue in all three regions of Kashmir & terrorists can’t deter our efforts to bring peace in valley.
