KATHUA, JUNE 18: To review the action taken on deliverables for the year 2022-23, Deputy Commissioner, Kathua Rahul Pandey today convened a meeting of the officers of different departments here at Conference Hall of DC office Complex. RTO, CMO, Chief Planning Officer,
Assistant Commissioner Panchayat and other District /Sectoral Officers attended the meeting.
The DC took a comprehensive review of all the Departments regarding realization of deliverables and directed the officers to focus on adherence to the timeline set by the government.
The DC emphasized the need to put in extra efforts to further improve the Ranking of District Kathua on the performance index.
The DC asked the officers of different departments to highlight their achievements, best practices and furnish the report regarding their achievements on a regular basis.
The DC also exhorted upon the departments to devise a viable framework and prioritize implementation of these deliverables so as to improve monitoring and assessment of performance at different levels.
The DC further directed the officers to submit the action taken report on deliverables on fortnightly basis and set milestones for constant appraisal of targets.
