Jammu, June 14: Proprietor of Palm Island Jammu Amar Nath Choudhary has been arrested by Jammu Police in a recovery case.
Choudhary has been arrested on orders of Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar , who failed to deposit the outstanding electricity dues of Palm Island Mall worth Rs 1.2 plus crores within the stipulated period.
It is pertinent to mention pending cases are against him in various courts.
