J&K High Court quashes compulsorily retirement order of six including Chief Engineer

Jammu, Dec 2: Justice Alok Aradhe of J&K High Court Jammu Wing today decided six petitions of challenging  compulsorily retirement and quashed the Govt orders for premature retirement of Prem Nath I/C Chief Engineer, Javed Iqbal AEE, Dr. Manoj Bhagat Supt Medical Hospital Kathua, Tarsem Lal then CEO Jammu, Padam Dev Sharma Patwari and Parshotam Kumar Sharma Village Level Worker and directed state to reinstate the petitioners.
           
Today 29 petitions were listed and in which six  quashed the Govt order regarding compulsorily retirement order of the employees.
              
 Justice Alok Aradhe  quashed the order with the direction to state to reinstate the petitioners in service with all consequential benefits within one month starring today.

 

The similar outcome is also expected in rest of the 23 cases where fate of 2 Chief Engineer and top officers will be decided.

Govt has missed on following guidelines under article 226 for CSR for retiring officials in past also  and interestingly big corrupt guns were always not targetted under it.
