JAMMU, Dec 20: Divisional Commissioner Jammu was made Chairman of UTEIC vide Govt.order No. 190-HUD of 2001 dated 14.08.2001 in which IGP JammuRange, IGP Traffic, VC SDA/JDA etc were members including CTP, TO were Member-Secretary.
It is pertinent to mention here that it is a matter of great enquiry that lot of big constructions including a Mall and a Multiplex in Jammu , are the examples which plans which were sanctioned without UTEIC NOC by the authorities, may be by the same CTP/STP'S, but they put a condition of UTEIC on a small construction of 4500sft.godown on a village road.

It is also a matter if enquiry that in the same area big plans have been sanctioned by JDA without UTEIC NOC'S and record is with CTN which shall follow along with illegal big constructions allowed.
It is for the information of Divisional Commissioner Jammu that same authorities of JMC/JDA after the strong intervention of CTN has approved that constrictions upto 20000 sft shall not be sent to UTEIC for NOC.
Had any Authority informed the said matter to Chairman of UTEIC to recall the plans submitted upto said sft, whereas CTP /STP, the Member -Secretary of UTEIC remained idle.
Shall Chairman UTEIC call details of plans sanctioned by JMC/JDA without NOC from UTEIC after 14.08.2001 after the issuance of Govt. Order to detect the pick and choose and vested considerations of the officers.
