Jammu, Jan 20: When Officers/officials are not available as per required strength, additional charge is justified but some times it is in violation of rules & law.
However, two order copies with Cross Town News speak that in one case one officer has been attached without mentioning the reasons & in another was assigned additional charge.
In other order, one officer, who did not complile Govt orders of previous transfer has been posted on another post mentioning reasons of health ground but if health is not good then how the said Officer will protect the forests.
