Delhi, Jan 5: Harsh Dev Singh, Chairman JKNPP and form submitted a memorandum to Chairperson of Delimitation Commission in New Delhi today seeking a separate Assembly constituency for Bhomag belt.
Singh further demanded equal seats for Jammu & Kashmir regions and allocation of at least five Assembly constituencies for district Udhampur in view of its huge area, population, tough terrain, under development and lack of communication facilities.
