REASI, Nov 23: District Development Commissioner Reasi Charandeep Singh, today conducted live interaction with the youth of Reasi as part of ‘Reasi Beeps-Beat the Pandemic’- an online public grievances redressal programme.
Charandeep Singh attended scores of calls during one hour session from 11 AM to 12:00PM and directed the concerned authorities for early redress of the issues projected by the callers.
The young callers from far flung areas of district highlighted the issues,problem areas and potential of their areas .
While interacting with the youth , Charandeep Singh said that engaging youth to the development process of the district is one of the priorities of the administration and youth can do so by becoming part of the Youth Clubs.
Charandeep Singh further said that such Youth clubs will provide basic training to youngsters in various fields like Disaster Management, Crisis Management ,Conservation programmes,Mass awareness programmes and other important government schemes and initiatives.The youth so trained shall become an asset for the society.
DC encouraged youngsters to become part of these Youth Clubs operating at Panchayat level to channelize their talent properly.
At the end, Charandeep Singh directed the concerned authorities to encourage the youth of Reasi to avail the benefits of various schemes meant for them so that they can overcome all adversities in their life thereby developing a positive and healthy environment in the society.
