Jammu, November 02: Revenue department Jammu and Kashmir issued orders for Agriculture land in Sec. 133-H but designated District Collectors for according permissions up to 20 kanals.
While speaking to Cross Town News Mahajan, Khatries, Sikhs said Revenue dept order cannot be understood, if ceilng was fixed, what is the fun to run from Patwari to DC for further permission, which will again give rise to corruption/harassment to innocents by this way or the other.
They also asked why the Revenue bosses have not acted over Sec 133-BB of the same Act over Gair Mumkin Khad land issue, which no where speaks of any ban on such lands, despite clear reccomendations from DC, Jammu, Kathua, Rajouri, Doda etc etc & above all MHA SO 3808 dtd 26th October, 2020 in Sec. 133-BB.
