PIO, Divisional Commissioner Jammu fails to reply RTI

JAMMU, Nov 08: RTI was established to get information regarding any matter except some security or other related matters within 30 days after receipt of application in form A-1 with fee of Rs.10.

 

An applicant submitted an application with fee of Rs.10 in shale of postal order bearing No. 08F-867213  duly receipt by Divisional Commissioner Jammu dated 27.09.2016.

 

Apllication was very simple for an information on the communications made by Divisional Commissioner, Jammu to Deputy Commissioner, Samba vide No. 402/GS/UTEIC/837 dated 20.11.2015&No. 402/2015-UTEIC/1791  dated 31.12.2015 & some other concerns related to Divisional Commissioner office.

 

It is pertinent to mention here that Office of  Deputy Commissioner, Samba did not bothered to act on Divisional Commissioner’s Communications since ten months speaks of the work culture in J&K.

 

However it has been reported that Divisional Commissioners office vide No. 402/275-UTEIC/3429 dated  22.10.2016 has fired a reminder to D.C.Samba for the same information at the earliest.

 

 It also speaks that how the office of Deputy Commissioner Samba is bothering for communications of big head of the province, the Divisional Commissiner, Jammu.
