JAMMU, Nov05: Roads are black topped every year by concerned departments but PHE pipe leakages are not repaired by high headed PHE officials despite so many requests is a matter of concern.
People told Cross Town News that pipe leakage in posh area of Trikuta Nager is being informed to in charge of PHE department of Trikuta Nagar area so many times but he never bothered.
This leakage of water daily causing loss of thousand litre of water every day in one hand and damaging the black top on the road other side.
This spot of leakage is near Easy day Trikuta Nager Jammu.
Who shall be held responsible for such huge loss of precious water along with damage of road?
