Jammu, September 22: In the HIGH COURT OF JAMMU& KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU in CPSW No. 137/2019 titled Munir Hussain and ors.V/s Ajeet Kumar Sahu, Secy. P.H.E Deptt and ors after hearing HON’BLE MRS. JUSTICE SINDHU SHARMA, JUDGE ORDERED as:-
Vide order dated 09.07.2021, it was reported that LPA No. 87/2019 alongwith CDLSW No. 35/2019 against the judgment dated 01.02.2016 was dismissed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court and the respondents were granted four weeks’ time to file compliance report.
On 12.08.2021, again respondents were granted four weeks’ time as last and final opportunity for filing the compliance report but the same has not been filed till date.
In this view of the matter, Mr. Sawhney, learned AAG seeks and is granted another opportunity of two weeks’ to file compliance report, failing which, respondent No. 1 shall remain present in Court on the next date. List on 28.10.2021
