Jammu, September 20: Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu Amarjeet Singh Langeh today directed Deputy Commissioner Jammu to attach moveable property of Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering & Technology, Babliana, Jammu through its Principal to the tune of amount awarded in the award under execution as mentioned herein above and submit compliance report by or before next date of hearing.
The CJM Jammu clarified that the respondent should deposit an amount of Rs. 65,720 during execution of attachment warrant in question, in that eventuality District Collector, Jammu shall cause that amount to be received and deposited in this court for onward disbursement to petitioner.
