JAMMU, AUGUST 31: CTP section of JDA is notorious in violating rules/acts of its own Master Plan-2032, which stands published by Cross Town News but Govt preferred to close its eyes causing harassment to innocents.
Pertinent to mention here that Pr Secretary, H&UDD/VC JDA stands informed regarding illegalities committed by so called CTP, who is in JDA by breaking deputation laws is on his own deciding land use without framing zonal plans in violation of so called development act but bosses till date sleeps by helping CTP, even after lapse of 4 years 4 months Zonal Plan has not been framed & public is in only dependent in the hands/choice of CTP, Jagddsh Hans for deciding Land Use of his own choice.
Div Com Jammu also questioned Master Plan & communicated to Pr Secretary, H&UDD, Commissioner, JMC & VC JDA but till date nothing done.
However,Jammu Development Authority today conducted an anti-encroachment drive and sealed illegal constructions in Sari Rakwal and Flora Nagbani areas of Jammu constructed in violation to Master Plan 2032.
The drive was conducted in coordination with Police Department and District administration Jammu.
The illegal constructions sealed by the Authority include eight residential and three commercial structures.
The concerned tehsildar JDA and Enforcement Wing conducted the drive under the overall supervision of Vice Chairman JDA.
