JAMMU, Aug 09: On the directions of worthy Deputy Commissioner Jammu Sh. Anshul Garg and approval of Sub-Divisional Magistrate South, Jammu Sh. Abhishek Abrol, zone Gandhi Nagar, has organized Kabaddi Tournament as a part of "Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav" at Govt. Model HSS Sunjwan today 09.08.2021. Under the overall supervision of DYSSO Jammu, Sh. Sukhdev Raj Sharma and organized by Zonal Physical Education Officer, Gandhi Nagar Smt. ChanderKanta.
On this occasion Chief Guest Sub-Divisional Magistrate, South Jammu, Sh. Abhishek Abrol and Guest of Honour Principal Govt. Model HSS Sunjwan Sh. Imran Raza Sadiquie, Dr. Tamana Seth, BDO, South, Gandhi Nagar, showed their best co-operation to conduct the tournament and SDM South appreciated the students and motivated them to participate in games and sports to maintain their fitness level.
The final Match was played between Govt. HSS Bahu Fort v/s Govt. HS Kaluchak. Match won by Govt. HSS Bahu Fort by 04 points.
In the end ZPEO Gandhi Nagar, proposed words of appreciation and thanks the chief guest for their valuable support and extolling the staff for making their sincere efforts in making this event a great success.
