Poonch, June 23: Ahead of all party meeting called by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Jammu and Kashmir, JKPCC General Secretary and DDC member from Surankote A constituency Shahnawaz Choudhary demands complete restoration of statehood with constitutional guarantees.
Shahnawaz Choudhary said that bifurcation of Jammu and Kashmir into two UTs and abrogation of special status was unconstitutional and direct attack on democracy and constitution of India. Government should undo mistakes by granting full statehood with constitutional guarantees. After restoration of statehood, Govt. Should announce assembly election so that people can elect their representatives in assembly. He said that this is the only way to end th sufferings of People of Jammu and Kashmir who are suffering since 5 August 2019.
