SRINAGAR,Oct 04: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Ahmad Khan, todayconvened a meeting regarding the progress on prestigious road projects, including National Highway and Border Roads.
The meeting was attended by officers of BEACON, NAUGH and RAMKY, who informed the Divisional Commissioner regarding the status of different roads ongoing projects.
The meeting discussed the road projects in Qazigund, Narbal, Gulmarg, Baramulla and other projects of Kashmir Division.
The Deputy Commissioners of different districts of Kashmir division also participated in the meeting through Video conferencing.
On the occasion, the Div Com stressed for timely completion of the roads projects and called for greater synergy and cooperation between executing agencies and the administration.
Meanwhile, the Divisional Commissioner also convened a meeting regarding State level Water Policy and Plan and discussed various aspects of the same in detail. The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, chief Conservator Forest, Commissioner SMC, VC SDA, VC LAWAD, Chief Engineer PHE, Chief Engineer PWD, and Chief Engineer I&FC.
Deputy Commissioners of different districts of Kashmir division also participated in the meeting through Video conferencing.
