Jammu, April 09: In last year Durbar move, it was ordered by Govt for "As is where is" for Secretariat employees, now again employees are in full expectation of same kind of arrangements due to sharp spike in corona cases, otherwise as per actual situation on ground is the need of the day.
It is well aware of the fact that, like last time it will have positive impact for Kashmir based and Jammu basesd employees.
One of Family member of Secretarit miove employees, said there are few Officers siiting at top Positions are not working in public interest , wheras Lower Staff works . they should be made to allowed to work at "as is where is " basis so that they give their best to work withoit worrying for Covid.
Whereas , one example can be seen of Work culture that , Ravi Khajuria, promoted as KAS, Additional Secretary, Revenue from Clerical position & now dealing complaints/grievances on some disposals of complaints forwarded by LG/Advisor/Grievance cell , says I am doing my duty, I am forwarding further but nobody is replying the issue, which is not my fault , speaks how the top bosses works in Secretariat.
However, Employees requested Lt Governor for the same issue, which is the need of the day, which reads as under:-
