Jammu, April 08: Jammu and Kashmir Govt confirmed suspension order issued by Deputy Commissioner but competancy of one Rashpal Singh, Senior JKAS Officer can be understood from the third line of the order that instead of 06/04/2021, the competant boss is writting 076/04/2021.
However, one of the big illegality can be seen in an order issued by him dated 22.10.2020 by quoting section 20(B) of Big Landed Abolition Act of 2007, which words never existed in the said section but govt instead of taking actions against such officer preferred to close its eyes.
