J&K Admin getting ready to allot Wine Shops through e-auction/e-bidding before 1st April

Jammu, Feb 28: Jammu and Kashmir Government apparently getting ready for allotment Process of Wine Shops in Jammu and Kashmir after  Apex Court uphold the orders passed by J&K High Court.

Wine Shop owners of JKUT had filed a SLP in Supreme Court of India against the orders of DB by which lot of Excise issues were questioned by the court by dismissing the appeals of wine traders.

As per details with Cross Town News ,Excise Policy 2021 says that the new procedure for allotments of wine shops shall be published by JKUT Govt.

Sources told Cross Town News that Jammu and Kashmir Administration is getting ready for allotment process as Wine Shops through new allotment process have to be in the picture from 1st April , 2021, whereas route of e-acutioning/ e-bidding  to be followed for allotment and system will remian transparent.
