RAJOURI, FEBRUARY 19: No doubts, just to show their faces in media, lot of top officers conduct public outreach camps but thereafter never bothered to see outcome of their directions passed made the system a big failure failure. It can be easily proved by the so called trtansparent JKUT Administrations by reviewing the outcome of directions passed by LG/Advisor's offices/ disposals of so called Govt Grievance Cell/Camps organized by top bosses.
Lot of non compliances of LG/Advisors Offices communications, copies in possesion with CTN speaks the failure in the ststem causing harassment to onnocents.
But, to make it a success on ground for justice to public,District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan, on Friday convened a meeting with the concerned officers to discuss with them the public issues and demands raised during the public outreach camp held recently at Sunderbani subdivision.
The meeting was attended by the ADC Rajouri, Sher Singh; CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; ACR, Mohd Ashraf; SE Jal Shakti Department, SR Shukla; GM DIC, Manzoor Hussain; PO ICDS; Kartar Singh; ACD, Sushil Khajuria, DSEO, Bilal Rashid Mir; DFO Nowshera, Suresh Manda; DFO SF, Rakesh Kumar; Executive Engineers of PWD, PDD, Jal Shakti Department , PMGSY besides the other district officers.
The DDC sought a detailed report from the concerned officers about the action taken on the issues of directions passed in the outreach camp & the officers briefed the chair about the same.
The DDC advised the concerned officers to be proactive while dealing with the public demands and issues and take best possible steps to ensure that all genuine grievances are redressed in a time bound manner.
