Jammu, Jan 16: On an complaint lodged at P/S Janipur by one Happy Singh S/O Malkait Singh R/O Paloura, Janipur that he has been fired upon by two persons namely Sohan Singh and Hoshiyar Singh R/O Paloura with the intention to kill him when he was coming from Gym in Paloura .
A case U/S 307, 341IPC, 34, 3/27 Arms Act was registered at P/S Janipur thereafter a team led by SHO P/S Janipur Insp. Gurmeet Singh arrested the accused persons.
Weapon of offence used in the incident has also been recovered.
Further investigation of the case is going on.
