237 kanal state land retrieved from encroachers in Dansal, Jammu but who was responsible?

Jammu, December 25: Under the supervision of DC Jammu, a team of revenue officials, headed by Tehsildar Dansal, Dhruv Gupta, retrieved  237 kanal state land from encroachers in villages Kah, Bhouta, Slay and Kanayala in tehsil Dansal.

A police force of around 80 male policemen and 30 females headed by SHO Jhajjer Kotli accompanied the revenue team.

The state land physically retrieved in village Bhouta comprises 14 kanals 5 marla under Khasra number 393, 11 marla under Khasra number 578, 8 marlas under Khasra number 579 and 123 kanal, 10 marlas under Khasra number 294 in village Kanyala.

Similarly in village Kah, retrieved state land include 26 kanals, 2 marla under Khasra number 370, 36 kanal, 16 marla under Khasra number 374, 14 marla under Khasra number 373 while in village Slay, 34 kanals, 14 marla state land under Khasra number 226 was retrieved. Boards of state land indicating all details of land were also fixed at all the locations from where encroachers have been evicted.

But now one question has arised that who was responsible for such encroachments & the concerned officer/official of Revenue Department should be taken to task as otherwise what the Revenue bosses do for Girdawaries twice in a year or in Jamabandi, which has to be done after every four years, otherwise it clearly proves that Revenue officer/officials are personally responsible for such encroachments?
