Undertake laboratory development projects with respect to the product in order to improve productivity / reduce cost / improve efficiency Application Supports: Identify the customer’s application, conduct application studies, provide support for the workability of the products. Knowledge Management: Interaction with the customer and business for identifying the future needs, conduct review, and exploratory research for identifying future projects.
Technical Services: Assist plant personnel in the trouble-shooting operation
