Jammu, October 29: The FCR office as per above snapshot letter has directed all the Deputy Commissioners to ensure removal of all the encroachments on water courses and water sources at any cost and furnish detailed report within two weeks positively, which otherwise stands informed to DC's in SRO 456 of October 2017 on 25th October 2017 in section 5(2) .
Experts told Cross Town News that Pr Secretary Revenu/FCR office Communication after new Land Acts stand as ineffective as said Laws mentioned in letter are repealed.
It had further said that actions under law must be taken against revenue functionaries who have issued such fards in the past 02 years, but what about other permissions issued into the matter after November 2017 & in between gap of so called past 02 years raised a pointer, means during that gap period permission holders may be Power full ones or having Financial muscles?
In the communication, he added the Add. Advocats Generals reccomendations dtd 28.07.2020, as "it was again submitted that all the transfer deeds-sale deeds are illegal and void and mutation attested on such documents are against the provision of the standing order and orders on such mutations are bad and required to be set aside" but not touched that what is in SRO-456 dated October 25, 2017 in section 5(2) & what was the purpose of the SRO & in compliance to which PIL the said SRO was issued & what for is a question but on whom is again a question?
Now, the actual dispatch date/time of the order of FCR along with actual dates of receipt shall detect a scam on the part of big boss that whether is issued on 22nd or after issuance of repeal of land acts?
