JAMMU, Oct 24: Jammu and Kashmir Government is likely to order massive shifting in Police department on inputs of Ministry of Home Affairs.
Jammu and Kashmir Government will promote 2 IPS Officers of ADGP rank to DGP rank and 4 IPS Officers from IGP rank to ADGP rank as DPC cleared the promotions last month, which will promopt need of transfers and postings
Sources told Cross Town News that Under Secreeaty rank Officers in Department of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh Affairs are busy working on possible combination for transfers and postings where appropriate persons to be posted on appropriate posting.
Sources told Cross Town News that shifting can happen next month.
