Kathua, October 13: One upon a time on 02.06.2017, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu forward a representation to Deputy Commissionr, Kathua regarding disposal of an issue.
Pertinent to mention here that the lady is still waiting for the outcome from the Deputy Commissioner Kathua's office till today inspite of a lapse of 3 years, 3 months, which clearly speaks that how the bosses in the state turned UT work
However, the snapshot speaks about the efficiency of officer in the Govt.
