Srinagar, Oct 13: To take a stock of preparatory activities for forthcoming winter Managing Director KPDCL Mr Mohammad Aijaz Asad today inspected Transformer Repair yards and Receiving Stations located in different divisions of Srinagar.
He was accompanied by Superintending Engineer and Executive engineers concerned during the Tour.
He emphasised upon working in Double shifts at the Transformer Repair yards so that Replacement time of damaged Transformers is minimised.
He pointed out that he will be personally monitoring the power restoration process. He also checked Metering Readings at few Receiving Stations and made it clear that Billed energy efficiency will be monitored and Executive Engineers shall meet the set targets for revenue realisation.
He also exhorted upon the Engineers for promptness in redressal of power related public grievances.
