Srinagar, September 20: The medical experts warned against the reopening of schools in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir stating that it can have disastrous impact amid the spike in the COVID-19 cases.
One, Iinfluenza expert had said that the conditions do not favor the reopening of schools as education can wait but if somebody dies we can’t get him back and academic loss can be compensated not life.
He said that it would be simply disastrous and if the government decides to reopen schools they will end up closing them again and this time for a longer period as the situation might go out of hand.
