SRINAGAR, July 30: The Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Srinagar on Saturday ordered the issuance of non-bailable warrant against SSP Srinagar for not obeying court order of lodging FIR against a JK Police DSP for allegedly killing a youth in Srinagar, reports said
As per reports, Chief Judicial Magistrate (Srinagar), Masarat Shaheen in the order issued a non-bailable warrant against SSP Srinagar and directed DIG Central Kashmir to execute the order.
CJM earlier rejected the application on behalf of SSP Srinagar seeking personal appearance exemption.
