Jammu, August 04: Illegalities committed by the bosses of Housing Board J&K have been published many times but no actions by the bosses.
Now, one can observe from the below snapshot that some innocents applied for transfer of plot on their name after the death of origional allotte, who was their father in April, 2019.
However, after providing complete formalities, Dy GM Unit-II forwarded the cases to MD of the time Arvind Kotwal for further persual vide reccomendations dated: 14.03.2020 but the nexus in the MD's office preferred to sleep over the file as usual but transfer case of plot in the name of Arvind Kotwal, then MD was done with in days by approval of so called committee, depositing fee & sanction letter etc etc but slept over such kind of issues by adopting pick & choose clearly speaks of corruption otherwise......
Pertinent to mention here that in the said case after filing a RTI over the issue concerned Dealing Assistant moved the case to one Senior Programmer, Yogesh Sharma & who in turn return back the case with comments "PUT UP BEFORE THE COMMITTEE" on 15.05.2020 to same Dealing Assistant, speaks that only these two officials are the authority in Housing Board & thereafter status of case is hanging in fire....?
It is also a matter of enquiry that Yogesh Sharma, Senior Programmer is a Computer Engineer but how he is dealing with administrative issues, whether it falls under his job chart or specially assigned to harass the concerneds....?
