KATRA, July 15: An official of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board was found dead under mysterious circumstances in his quarter at Adh Kuwari, police here said on Wednesday.
Police said that a Deputy Manager with Shrine Board, Sham Singh, 59, was found dead in Tuesday in his official quarter under mysterious circumstances by the staff members.
The officers and staff of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board have condoled the sad demise of Sh. Sham Singh, Deputy Manager of the Shrine Board.
In this connection, a condolence meeting was held at the Spiritual Growth Centre at Katra today, in which Sh. Ramesh Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board; other officers and staff of the Shrine Board participated.
A two minutes silence was also observed to pay homage to the departed soul.
