Jammu, June 24: DC Jammu Sushma Chauhan on Tuesday submitted enquiry report to higher Authorities into the circumstances that led to the death of relatives of Covid 19 victim during cremation process.
Sources told Cross Town News that the enquiry was conducted by ADM, Tahir Firdous, KAS.
Sources also cleared to Cross Town News that the inquiry officer, Mr Tahir Firdaus was not the same officer who was present at the site on the day of incident.
However , the reports of Autopsy and forensic are still awaited.
