Jammu, June 19: Excise Commissioner J&K Rajesh Shavan issued notices to 9 more licencees for violations, taking it to Total 30 .
Sources in Excise department told Cross Town News that, One shop in Kishtwar of Anil Kohli stand sealed and licence suspended in last month.
Sources told Cross Town News that matter has become subjudiced and three petitions of Shop Owner Kohki pending in High court and Matter listed for 23rd June for final arguments.
Sourecs further told Cross Town News that Preparations are going on in full swing to break nexus and Licences to be finally cancelled as per highly places sources.
As per details with Cross Town News that during lockdown Excise Commissioner had ordered for stock check.
Excise Commisoner now has issued show cause notice to seven for having more than one license in contravention of rules.
