Jammu, June 14: Rules are made, issued but are broken by the Govt itself in certain cases for the reasons known to them.
Under Art.52(B) of the JKCSR, a Govt servant can be sent on deputation outside their service on a temporary basis & the period of deputation in any such case has not to exceed three years & may be extended further by one year on the request of borrowing agency but any case such period cannot be exceed the period of four years at a time.
It also added that the concept of deputation ctn in consensual and involves a voluntary decesion of the employer to lend the services of his employee & a corrosponding acceptance of such services by the borrowing employer. It also involves the consent of the employee to go on deputation or not.
Now, the hundered million dollars question has arised that whether the said guidelines framed by the Govt are being followed on ground but no because Cross Town News had thousands of such examples of violations by adopting pick & choose, if enquired shall definitely detect a big scam of violation of so called rules.....?
