JAMMU: It can be observed from the below snapshots that one case under SRO-43 was forwarded by Chief Engineer on 07.06.2019 to Development Commissioner, Power & after sleeping over the issue for 53 days on 30.07.2019, the boss Development Commissioner, forwarded it to Commissioner, Power.
There after, Commissioner, Power ordered to MD, JKPTCL vide order 07.02.2020 to appoint the applicant to the lowest post in violation of SRO being a degree holder in Engineering in non gezetted catagory but till date nothing has come out speaks of work culture in Lt Governors administration.
Pertinent to mention here that the officers of PDD in Secretariat retained his original certificates with them for which he is running here & there but the officials are not acting over the issue till date to return it back to Chief Engineer, so that he may get it back is also a matter of concern but who will see is a question but on whom is again a question.....?
