Jammu, May 19: Lot of top bosses do not care for public issues for which they are heavily paid but Government also prefers to keep their eyes closed over the issue & never bothered to punish such like officers to bring so called efficiency/transperacy in the administration.
Pertinent to mention here that lot of them have been raised up to Secretary level by the Govt and such like officers on today did not cared for Government 's orders under Lt Governors administration for whom they have not bothered till date is a question mark on Lt Governors administration for its non compliance but it kept its eyes closed by just giving one more oppertunity.
