JAMMU, Apr 04: IGP Jammu Mukesh Singh dismissed rumours that one ML Koul was killed in Police action in outskirts of Jammu while on way to medicines.
As per details with Cross Town News, While replying to one Tweet , IGP said "The report is not based on fact. No police action. Magistrate was also in the spot. Action will be taken against anyone spreading false news."
