The statement with Cross Town News reads "DDMA Srinagar has banned the sale/purchase/use of "Hydroxychloroquine" except on prescription of Registered Medical Practitioner authorized to do so. Violation to attract fine &/or imprisonment. Pl avoid self-medication."
