JAMMU, MARCH 28: According to Mission Directorate (MD) of Mid Day Meals, J&K, a total of 492755 children are being provided dry rice in Jammu and Kashmir, which amounts to 56 percent of all children enrolled at elementary level.
As per the break up, 240485 children in Jammu and 252270 children in Kashmir division are provided dry rice till March, 28. The total number of children at elementary level in Jammu & Kashmir is 886899.
