Jammu, March 21: J&K Electrical Engineering Graduates Association welcomed the decision of the government for issuance of SO (Transfer Scheme) governing terms and conditions of existing employees of PDD after unbundling.
President of the Association said that the issuance of SO (Transfer Scheme), which was a pre-requisite as per Section-131 of Central Electricity Act-2003, has helped in mitigating the confusion in the minds of existing employees regarding their service conditions and future benefits & the extraordinary efforts of the Secretary PDD, M Raju(IAS) in the issuance of the SO is highly appericiable.
